James “Jeigh” Hall is a 28-year-old fine artist, designer and entrepreneur from Ashburn, Georgia. He specializes in drawing, painting, digital art, photography and videography.
 
Hall moved to Orlando, Florida, to attend Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, after graduating from Turner County High School in 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Science in digital arts and design in 2009 and Master of Science in internet marketing in 2012. He further obtained his graduate certificate in instructional design and technology in 2014.
 
Passionate about giving back to his hometown, Hall served on the Ashburn City Council from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, he served on the Turner County Arts Council from 2009 to 2013 in an effort to help promote the arts throughout the community. He exhibited his work twice at Victoria Evans Memorial Library in Ashburn.
 
Hall’s childhood love of art ultimately led to his career in New York, where he taught an after-school art program and currently represents various hotels, restaurants and small businesses as an art, design and marketing consultant. He continues to promote his business, “Out the Box Cre8ives,” since its creation in 2009. Devoted to providing clients with quality work, Hall is on the path to expand his business globally.
